Formed in 2012, Falco capital is a boutique asset management company that specializes in originating and asset managing a wide range of real estate and private equity investments for high net worth clients, family offices and institutional investors.

Investments are either managed in-house or via partnerships with specialist operators and can be structured as a diverse fund or as a single asset play. Typically, a fund with have two phases:

1. A seed funding round with Falco investors to establish track record and proof of concept and,
2. An institutional funding round to achieve scale.
